RMC Assessor’s Notice

If you have not rendered your personal property, a mandatory 10% penalty will be applied to your assessment until April 15th, 2020. Any property listed or assessed after April 15, 2020 will be assessed a mandatory 20% penalty. If you have not applied for homestead exemption and received a County Assessor Notice of Valuation Increase for Real Property, you can still apply up to 30 days after the date of the notice.
