As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, Roger Mills County is actively monitoring best practices and updating County guidance based on the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”).The County is committed to complying with all federal, state and local laws, including without limitation the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“FFCRA”), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) regulations as applicable.
