The ability of rural Oklahomans to connect to the internet through highspeed broadband will be the topic of discussion when the newly formed Oklahoma Rural and Small-Town Table of Common Interests, holds its second issues forum on May 24th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma.
