Sayre Inmates Charged with Murder

Two former inmates of the North Fork Correctional Center in Sayre have been charged with first-degree murder in Beckham County after killing a fellow inmate. Jerrad Pointer, age 20 and Tre L. Lane, age 25, are accused of killing Vincent Worley, age 30, in an incident where he was stabbed to death on May 5, 2020 at the correctional facility. Worley’s death is described in two affidavits of probable cause filed by Morgan Carpenter, Fugitive Apprehension Agent with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
