Stephens Files Legislation to Stop Time Change

OKLAHOMA CITY – Sen. Blake “Cowboy” Stephens has officially filed Senate Bill 7 ahead of the 2023 session, which calls for Oklahoma to remain in Daylight Saving Time (DST) year-round.
