October is National Dental Hygiene Month This month is dedicated to promoting healthy mouths and celebrating the hard work your favorite dental hygienist does to keep your pearly whites squeaky clean. To ensure good oral hygiene, you need to do the following; • Brush regularly and brush for two minutes each time with a soft-bristled toothbrush and a toothpaste that contains fluoride. Brushing twice a day helps battle morning breath and helps reduce the chances that you will develop gum disease.
