Three Plead No Contest in CED 7 Case

Daily News, Jerry Lynn Dean, Joe Don Dickey and Tim Binghom have pled no contest to misdemeanor charges of a public official neglecting duty and open meetings act violations.The Custer County charges and the men’s pleas were posted to ODCR Monday, March 6, 2023, though their violations are still unknown at this time.
