USDA Issues Safety-Net and Conservation Payments to Oklahoma Farmers

(STILLWATER, OK) — Oct. 22, 2019 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Oklahoma is processing $81,363461 in Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) payments for the 2018 crop year.
