The Inspirational Rock Garden was designed as a project for the Washita Chapter NSDAR to take to the Veteran Center in Clinton. As rocks were needed, the Art Department of Cheyenne High School was ask to paint some. Pioneer Day arrived, and the chapter needed an activity for those who stopped by to do so they decided to –Paint Rocks. There were many participants that day and the tray was filled. After the chapter’s meeting in Clinton on Monday…a group took the rocks, and table for it to sit on and delivered it to the Center. It reads: ROCK GARDEN…
