Tuesday, March 29, 2022 was the 5th Anniversary of National Vietnam War Veterans Day and the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War. The Washita Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution hosted a program to thank and honor Vietnam veterans and their families. The program was held at the Veterans Memorial located in front of the Roger Mills County Courthouse. Doris Minor opened the program, welcomed guests and introduced speakers Charles Hickey and Janice Conway.
