Washita Chapter opened their 2023-2024 year meeting at the Cafe Clinton on September 11, 2023. Regent Kay Hagerman assisted by Chaplin Judy Trace opened the meeting with the DAR ritual. The group participated in the Pledge of Allegiance, The American’s Creed, The Preamble to the Constitution, a Patriotic Song and the Salute to the Oklahoma Flag. Ellena Womack gave the President General’s message, President Wright welcoming and hoping that they all are coming back refreshed and inspired for the new year.
